1) About Travon
Travon is a travel organizer app that helps you create trips, store bookings and documents,
manage plans and notes, and collaborate with others.
Some features may require an account, internet connection, or a paid subscription.
2) Eligibility
You must be allowed to use Travon under the laws of your country and the rules of the app stores
from which you download Travon. If you use Travon on behalf of an organization, you represent
that you have authority to do so.
3) Accounts
If a feature requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4) Your content
Travon may let you create and store content such as trip names, notes, bookings, and attachments
(for example PDFs or images). You retain ownership of your content.
To operate Travon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely for providing and improving the service (including syncing across devices, sharing with collaborators you invite, and processing documents you upload or forward).

5) Collaboration
If you invite collaborators to a trip, you understand that the trip content you shared may be visible to them.
You are responsible for choosing who you invite and what you share.

You agree not to:
• Use Travon for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Travon except where permitted by law.
• Access or attempt to access non-public systems or data.
• Use Travon in a way that violates the rights of others (including privacy and intellectual property).

7) Subscriptions and purchases
Travon may offer paid features through subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play and/or the App Store.
Your subscription terms (price, billing cycle, trial, renewal, cancellation) are shown at purchase and are governed
by the applicable store’s terms and policies.

8) Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Travon available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, maintenance,
or product improvements. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
9) Third-party services
Travon may integrate with third-party services (for example: app stores for billing, email providers, analytics,
crash reporting, or map/weather/flight data services). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
10) Disclaimers
Travon is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Travon may help organize travel information, but it does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data, or that your travel plans will be error-free. Always verify critical details (times, bookings, visas, and documents).

11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travon and its operators will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for Travon in the 12 months
before the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Termination
You may stop using Travon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you
violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.
You can request account deletion via Privacy Policy instructions or by emailing support.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your relationship with Travon, unless local law requires otherwise.
